About this apartment rental
Paradise found on the beaches of Boca Grande. Our small complex of 32 units with a community pool in the center of the complex, is perfect for sunset gatherings and meeting new friends. Our complex has been completely refurbished and is the closest to the water you will find. BBQ grills are poolside, along with plenty of beach loungers for relaxing. We are just past the tall lighthouse and very close to "downtown". Boca Grande has a very charming and historic downtown area, world class fishing, wonderful restaurants, unique boutiques, tennis courts, a dog park, biking and so much more. You will enjoy tooling around town in a golf cart!! So much to see. My unit is on the ground floor sits a few steps away from the beach, you are literally just steps away from the water. Perfect for families and pets.

Very well appointed condo and a view of the beach … 65 steps to the H2O … beach towels and chairs were available .. immaculate inside and our host Dina was available at any time The tv is the living Room room was quite large and could be seen from dining area as well… which was important to us ( Although there were only 2 of us … the 2 nd bedroom did not have a tv…) If you re desiring a tv in each bedroom SuzieAspen, CO

Boca Grande is a quiet relaxing place to visit. Excellent restaurants. Dina was easy to work with and available to answer our questions. Be sure to visit Gasparilla Inn and also eat at South Beach Grill… delicious grouper and divine fried shrimp!

Fabulous location directly on the beach and close to town. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you'll need. The beautiful sunsets can't be beat from this perfect location and we enjoyed them each evening while chatting with the friendly neighbors.
