The Motto of The Flying Pig is “With our imaginations, we soar.” So whether you’re writing a screenplay or just curled up with a book in the wisteria draped veranda, The Flying Pig will leave you smiling and refreshed.

The front yard features a lovely butterfly garden with a central fountain, an 80 foot draping, Chinese Elm and a large, covered patio for dining and lounging.

The back of the property has multiple stone walled terraces and a massive stone stairway that guides you to the top of the extra deep lot where you’ll find a 24 ft long, wisteria draped gazebo for watching the sun set over the oak studded hills.

The garden was designed by Denise Montgomery one of Montecito’s most gifted landscape architects. She spent many months turning a challenging neglected lot into a show stopping garden.
