Guest access Guests have access to the entire lakefront property, yard and beaches. Other things to note The cottage is very cozy and energy efficient. In the winter, the home is heated by a combination of in-floor heating and gas fireplace on the main floor and baseboard heaters upstairs. We are off-grid! The cottage is powered entirely by solar panels and propane. It is also on a septic system. The water is sourced from a well and is drinkable with no odor or bad taste. It is tested regularly.
