This exquisite six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom house is currently undergoing extensive renovations, set to be completed in early 2024. Ideal for a Fripp Island getaway, this residence offers unparalleled comfort and accommodation for up to 18 people. Upon completion, this coastal haven will boast new flooring and fresh paint throughout, creating a seamless blend of modern luxury and timeless elegance. The entire house will be equipped for streaming entertainment, ensuring that every moment is enjoyable for residents and guests alike. The heart of the home, the kitchen, will feature a state-of-the-art 48-inch induction range with double ovens—a perfect balance of convenience and culinary precision. The induction range not only offers efficiency but also ensures that cooking won't contribute excess heat to the air, enhancing comfort in every season. The kitchen will also showcase a spacious 66-inch refrigerator-freezer, a new dishwasher, and an additional refrigerator in the garage for added convenience. For those seeking relaxation, the living room will be transformed with all-new furniture, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A beverage refrigerator will be seamlessly integrated, ensuring refreshments are always close at hand. The bathrooms are receiving a lavish makeover, with new tubs, tile flooring, vanities, and more, promising a spa-like experience for residents and guests. With six bedrooms and ample sleeping arrangements, this residence can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people—making it an ideal Fripp Island getaway for large gatherings and memorable vacations. As a nod to versatility, the formal dining room is being transformed into a den, complete with a sleeper sofa for added functionality. Upstairs, a new sitting area will provide yet another space for relaxation and enjoyment. A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Also included with your rental are up to 18 guest cards, with a value of up to $900. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more.
