Get a tan in peace while the kids play catch! - Your own private, flat concrete staircase down to the sand. - Direct propane hookup locations for gas grill: front deck or back deck for grilling by the beach! - EV charger, universal type - level 2! From the driveway, the double gates take you through the enclosed front yard, up the stairs to the deck and the main entrance. Once inside, the half-stairs are to your right, presenting the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room. Primary bedroom, facing the beach: - King bed - Primary bathroom features tiled walk-in shower and double sinks - Ample size walk-in closet with all the shelvings you need! - A work desk with chair - Couple's cushioned seats with table - Ceiling fan and WooZoo oscillating table top fan - Room darkening cellular window shades. - Personal power outlet with USB ports on each side, on the nightstands Bedrooms 2 & 3, both facing the road and across from Swan Lake: - King beds - Woozoo oscillating table top fans - Room darkening cellular window shades - Personal power outlet with USB ports on each side, on the nightstands Downstairs room, beach side: - Queen bed - Leather sectional sofa with manual recliners each end - Big screen, smart TV - Half bath (toilet and sink) ** PLEASE NOTE ** - The garage is not accessible to guests. - There may be people performing routine services outdoor for Exterior Maintenance during your stay. They would only be outside and will not go inside. - No lifeguard on duty. Enjoy the water at your own risk HOUSE RULES - No smoking. A minimum of $500 will be applied for additional cleaning - No pets allowed. A minimum of $500 will be applied for additional cleaning - No events, parties, or large gatherings - The maximum occupancy of 8 guests is strictly enforced. Any guest over the maximum occupancy will result in a $200 fine per person, per night - Maximum 4 vehicles can be parked in the driveway and front of the house - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations during quiet hours are strictly enforced, resulting in a $500 fine and eviction - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Video and Audio Monitoring - This property features 2 exterior security cameras: one on the front porch facing outward and one out back facing the stairway to the beach - Additional fees for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and vehicles. Failure to comply to the House Rules will result a minimum of $500 post-stay fine and immediate eviction from the property, without a refund

Our group of friends had an amazing, cozy winter getaway at this lovely home. We especially enjoyed the stunning views, hot tub, and great open spaces to hang out as a group. We cook at lot and found the kitchen very well stocked.

What I loved about this property is the million dollar view, the comfortable beds, and Crystal’s attention and responsiveness to our needs. The host was simply fabulous! Our one disappointment that impacted our stay was the uncomfortable furniture in the living room. The seating appeared to be outdoor furniture brought indoors and with the five of us there of course we wanted to gather around the fireplace. Had we been there in the summer we would have spent more time on the huge patio outdoors, but since this was a winter stay most of our time was spent indoors. We tried to make do by bringing cushions from other areas of the house, pillows from our beds, and even a chair from another room to do our best to get comfy. I encourage the hosts to get new seating in the living room that is comfortable and supportive, and then I’d give this property a perfect score!

Phenomenal location of a beautiful home with 4 bedrooms, two full and two half bathrooms, gourmet kitchen and living space, and largest private deck with hot tub, fire pit, dining table and Adirondack chairs. The view from the home and deck of the San Juan’s to the north and the Olympics to the west is unrivaled. Sunsets leave a lasting smile on your face. Nearby fantastic restaurants in Oak Harbor, Coupeville, and Langley. Kayak with harbor seals in Penn Cove, sail on Samish Bay, and ferry to Mukilteo en route to Seattle and all the dining and recreational opportunities therein. Without question, one of the most remarkable properties we’ve ever stayed at. Worth every dollar to enjoy this home!

Our stay was wonderful. The view and beachfront is great. The property was clean and furnished with everything we needed. Communication with our host, Chrystal, was easy and she made sure we had all that we needed. We so appreciate the stairway down to the beach and the massive deck. Grocery stores and great coffee shops are an easy 3 miles away! We hope to stay here again and enjoy the ocean, the beach the views and tide-pools.

This was probably the best stay at a Vrbo property we’ve ever had. The location was unbeatable, the home was gorgeous, and everything was exactly as described. The owner was incredibly thorough in every aspect, with all instructions very clear and everything in the house thoughtfully labeled to help us find whatever we needed. in addition, I happened to mention we were visiting to celebrate our son’s birthday, and she actually went to the trouble of purchasing decorations and leaving them with a kind note for him for our arrival. We will absolutely be returning.

My husband and I stayed for a few nights. The house overlooks the ocean with large windows giving it an indoor/outdoor feel. I was lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean. Crystal was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Would come back.

Hosts went out of their way to welcome us to their bright, clean, comfortable home right on the beach! Everything we needed was provided, including wonderfully appointed kitchen where we cooked up delicious meals. The view was amazing, down the steps to the beach, hot tub on the deck at sunset was spectacular! Natural beauty, comfortable beds lulled to sleep by the surf. Cozy couches for lounging. Our family is so grateful for this terrific weekend getaway
