The Property:

Sophari Downtown D is a fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, set up for a real home base rather than a hotel room. The 890-square-foot layout includes a living room and a full kitchen built for actual cooking, not just reheating takeout. A dedicated workspace means the workday has its own corner instead of taking over the kitchen table. This unit doesn't have central A/C: a portable AC unit is located in the living room, and fans are provided for personal cooling in the bedrooms.



Sleeping Arrangements:

One queen bed in each of the two bedrooms (the second bedroom is a converted den), plus a sleeper couch in the living room, with a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.



Building Amenities:

Elevator access, fitness center, and a recreational lounge. Amenity access is limited to guests listed on the reservation.



Check-In:

Sophari Downtown offers self check-in, with no front desk or on-site staff. Guests must complete the Guest Verification Form provided at booking, after which access instructions are sent a few days before arrival. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.



Key and Fob Replacement:

Lost fob/key replacement: $200 per fob, $50 per key, plus a $50 fee if not reported promptly.

Sophari Downtown sits about 0.45 miles from Bellevue Downtown Park, 0.37 miles from Bellevue Arts Museum, and 0.29 miles from Meydenbauer Center, with Bellevue Square about 0.43 miles away. This unit suits colleagues sharing, families, and professionals who need the extra square footage for an extended stay.



Transportation:

The Bellevue Downtown Link light rail station is about 0.24 miles away, a short walk. Bus service is also available nearby, and the surrounding downtown core is fully walkable.



Parking Information:

* Parking is not included in the nightly room rate. On-site parking is available for $35 USD per day on a first-come, first-served basis, with discounted rates offered for extended stays.

* Guests who booked parking receive two fobs: one for the garage gate and one for building amenities (elevator, gym, leasing office).

* Spaces are compact-car sized, larger vehicles and second cars are accommodated based on availability.

* Should on-site space be unavailable or unsuitable for your vehicle, alternative parking options include nearby street parking and using the building's kiosk and app posted on the wall to park at P1.

* Ticketing and Towing: If you park in an unauthorized space and receive a ticket or your vehicle is towed, we are not responsible for any associated bills or retrieval coordination, and you must pay them in a timely manner.
