Sophari Downtown H is a fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor, efficiently laid out to make the most of every square foot. The 890-square-foot apartment includes a full kitchen built for real cooking, and a dedicated workspace keeps the workday contained to its own corner. This unit doesn't have central A/C: a portable AC unit is located in the living room, and fans are provided for personal cooling in the bedrooms.
Sleeping Arrangements:
One queen bed in each of the two bedrooms (the second bedroom is a converted den with a sliding door), plus a sleeper couch in the living room, with 6 guests as maximum occupancy.
Building Amenities:
Elevator access, fitness center, and a recreational lounge. Amenity access is limited to guests listed on the reservation.
Check-In:
Sophari Downtown offers self check-in, with no front desk or on-site staff. Guests must complete the Guest Verification Form provided at booking, after which access instructions are sent a few days before arrival. Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Key and Fob Replacement:
Lost fob/key replacement: $200 per fob, $50 per key, plus a $50 fee if not reported promptly.
