Situated in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the holiday apartment La casa de Utiaca 28 is just a short walk from the beach. The property is set less than 300 m from the famous Playa de las Canteras which is easily reachable on foot. Poem of the Sea (Poema del Mar) bus station is also less than 300 m away, and there are taxi stands as well as various restaurants in the nearby area. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Bringing pets, accommodating unregistered guests, smoking inside the building, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are expected to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise from 9 pm to 9 am). Airport pickup service can be provided (for a fee).
