This was a large apartment fairly close to the main historic area. The management was very good about communication. I had an issue with the washer. They couldn't fix the problem but offered to pay for laundry service which they did. A bit of a musty smell but this is an older building so expected.overall a good experience. immediately

We had a fantastic experience. The communication from the team was excellent, and Sara and Giorgia were especially wonderful. The space was spacious and featured a full-service kitchen, which was a big plus. Its convenient location near Rome Termini and along the metro line made it easy to explore the city. The area felt safe, and the unit was clean and well-maintained. We were a family of 4 and the unit was perfect for us. The only downside was the noise level, which was understandable given its downtown location and proximity to the subway. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

We were disappointed with the unit as it smelled musty and there is mold growing in the bathroom. Also multiple appliances were not working and I was without a working hair dryer for two days which put me in a bad situation for a meeting that I had scheduled. There were many dishes that were dirty that had been put back in the kitchen cabinets so I had to wash everything and the floors weren’t very clean when we arrived. The kitchen is missing some items to make it actually functional such as hot pads. Overall the unit looks a bit tired and worn but you wouldn’t be able to tell that from the photos. Also if you need to use the sofa bed then there is no where to sit other than the dining chairs. Hopefully they will put more effort into properly cleaning the unit so that future guests will have a more pleasant stay.
