We stayed at Yarn Hotel in Zurich for four days and overall had a great experience. The location was excellent, right by the train station, which made getting around very convenient, and the Wi-Fi connection was also very good.
There were a few things that could be improved. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and there was no phone in the room to contact the concierge or front desk. The concierge also closes around 10:30 PM, and after that the hotel doors are locked, so there is no access to the concierge overnight if you need any assistance.
Other than these points, we really enjoyed our stay. It was a good, comfortable hotel in a very convenient location, and overall, we had a positive experience.
