This hotel is the perfect location if you want to be close to Heathrow Airport. We rode the bus from the car rental place and it took less than 15 minutes. The staff was great. We were not there long, but they were a life saver, I was trying to schedule an uber but I could not get texts to confirm my identity. The hotel has a kiosk to order a ride. Never seen that before. So grateful!

We came in late with a large group and for the price didn't expect much, however, this hotel was one of the best and most convenient of our trip. Right by the airport with great transfer options. They were willing to make food for us even though we were in late, but we just ordered uber eats.
The rooms were very comfy, really nice bathrooms. Clean towels and comfortable beds and linens. Absolutely one of my best budget hotel experiences and I've been all over the world! Service was great! Everyone so helpful and kind, even though we were a large group. Even making extra breakfast to make sure we were all fed!! Felt right at home. Breakfast was great!! Excellent options and tasted good. Would highly recommend!!

I stayed here a couple weeks ago and had 7 specific complaints that I felt should have been addressed. According to their website, they addressed every one of them within days! When I returned a few days ago, I found that they actually had cleared every one of my issues! Bravo, B&B, Bravo! I’d say this was now a 4 star hotel with a 2 1/2 star price!
The a/c is still a little finicky, but there is a trick! Set the desired temp on the room control panel, then adjust the fan speed to MINIMUM and NOT “auto”. I know it seems counter-intuitive, but that’s the way older commercial systems work. There is both hot and cold air supplied in separate ducts, and if you demand a lot of air in “auto” mode, it gives you all the volume of air it can, both hot and cold! So put it in “Manual” mode, on low fan speed, and it will cool better!
