Functional for a short stay. It has most of the things one would need. It is relativelly central, with about 15-18 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio and 10 minutes from Santa Maria Novella train station. First floor with elevator. Spacious. Air conditioning working. Two bathrooms. A lot of restaurants and commerces nearby. Good communication with the owner (we appreciate being allowed to come in an hour earlyer!).
Overall a decent quality/price and a good place for a short trip to Florence
Noisy (migrant center or tourists from the hotel next door, I do not know, but a Babylon of languages until early in the morning makes it difficult to sleep - keeping the windows closed helped but did not solve the problem). TV - the one in the living/kitchen partially responds to the remote in the bedroom (same problem with the air conditioning) making it really difficult to use them separatelly. Not a great selection of channels either... Some of the furniture and appliances look really tired. Some of the towells are also tired.

L’amplitud, la lluminositat de l’apartament i els matalassos súper còmodes.
L’habitació propera a l’entrada, està massa plena de coses i costa molt d’entrar al llit.
Les piques d’aigua dels lavabos (de les de mans i dels bidets) s’embossen. Cal treure els taps del tot perquè marxi l’aigua.
El barri on està ubicat sembla una mica insegur (i l’anunci no ho indica), però no vam tenir cap problema en aquest sentit.

The beds were Soooo comfortable and spotless.
Nothing really. However, the City of Florence was not as clean as expected.
