The location was so close to Sullivan's Island (the beach) and we could walk to Ben & Jerry's, the air conditioning was excellent in the downstairs bedroom, it was cozy, we were glad we could book for less than a week at a time
Very clean! The upstairs bathroom appears to have been remodeled, and having a baby gate for the stairs and foot washing station outside were nice touches
the kitchen is due for an update -especially at the price point and we saw a large palmetto bug which crawled back into the crawlspace between the fireplace and the wood floor- they are common in the area but it's always a little disconcerting, the dryer while it works the door needs to be pressed in the bottom corner to turn on but all of these things are minor

Fab location - in waking distance to a grocery store / supermarket and some restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Very Cute and comfortable interiors.
The kitchen items weren’t perfectly clean. I washed everything before use, as there were dirty mugs, dirty glasses and worse a knife that was covered in peanut butter placed in the drawer - absolutely grotesque. But, that’s down to the last family. You can’t expect the cleaning crew to cleanse 100% of everything on a “just in case” basis.
