The hotel is very good, the attendants are very friendly with us, this all our doubts and solves all the problems, the location is very good near the pyramids and there are also several tours that you can close with your own hotel!

I would like to sincerely commend the staff, particularly Rahma, Nur, and Ahmed for the exceptional level of service they provided during our stay. Their professionalism, courtesy, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction were consistently evident. They handled our concerns with patience and care and made every possible effort to assist us, which we truly appreciated.
We would also like to recognize the tour guide ( and driver arranged through the hotel. Both were truly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional contributing positively to our overall experience despite the challenges encountered.
The willingness of your team to help and their customer-focused approach reflect very positively on Muse Pyramids Inn and deserve recognition.
I would like to respectfully share the following constructive feedback in the interest of transparency and service improvement.
First, while we appreciated the effort to transfer us to a Pyramids View Room, the external noise levels particularly continuous traffic and car whistles almost 24 hours a day had a significant negative impact on our three-night stay. The room lacked sufficient noise reduction, making it extremely difficult for us to rest properly, especially for our children. We strongly recommend improved soundproofing or noise-mitigation measures for rooms exposed to heavy street traffic.
Second, regarding the tour arranged through the hotel, while the tour guide and driver were excellent,professional, courteous, and knowledgeable we encountered a serious concern with the booking arrangement and communication.
At the time of booking, it was clearly agreed that a larger/expanded vehicle would be provided to accommodate our family. However, on the day of the tour, we were instead provided with an old sedan, which did not align with what was initially agreed upon.
More concerning was the conduct of the employee who arranged the tour, who later insisted that the request for smaller vehicle was made by me and implied that the discrepancy was my responsibility. I would like to state clearly that this was not the case, and such a response is both unacceptable and unprofessional. Placing the blame on the guest for a failure to deliver agreed arrangements creates the impression of misrepresentation, which I do not tolerate and believe should be addressed seriously by management.
This feedback is shared constructively and with the expectation that appropriate corrective measures will be taken.
