El personal es muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno y las vistas son perfectas!
Hicimos la reserva para dos días y tuvimos un problema a la llegada pero nos resolvieron todo. No es un hotel como en España es más un hostel con baño privado.

El personal es sumamente amable y atento, definitivamente si vuelvo volvería a este lugar. Me organizaron un montón de paseos por el Cairo con chófer, lo que fue una ventaja al viajar sola y no conocer la ciudad. Siempre me sentí muy cuidada. Refaat me recibió cuando llegué y también me despidió cuando me fui y su amabilidad y atención casi me hace llorar. Mil prociento agradecida.
Aunque en el menú aparecen varias bebidas, no las tienen. Pero tienen otras que son ricas.

Temiz bir yer konumu çok güzeldi özellikle terası harika odalarda özel duş tuvalet var aynı şekilde odalarda klima var ve buzdolabı var çalışanlar da çok güler yüzlü her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz
