Closeness to the pyramids, great view from bedroom an from rooftop restaurant. Staff give us complimentary drink the next morning. For it was to late when we arrived. Staff made sure to keep checking was all OK with accommodation.
Arrived at 2am still had to wait 20 minutes onto rooms where ready after traveling for 20 hours we all where so tired. We went for breakfast at 9am was told to wait 20 minutes before we could place an order. We couldn't wait for breakfast. We would of missed our booked transport.
Blood found on 1 of our towels.
