Very spacious, clean, nicely decorated with lots of facilities. Free parking. Nice patio area at the back. 40 to 45 minutes from Edinburgh. Very clear instructions from the host. The Bridge Inn is a great restaurant nearby, which we'd highly recommend.
Double bed mattress was not that comfy.

Clean and tidy. Website descriptors were accurate. Location made it easy to walk around Linlithgow. Owner was very quick to respond to inquiries. The inclusion of a washer/dryer was incredibly helpful and was the reason I selected this site over others.
