La posizione comoda per raggiungere Giverny a piedi con una bellissima passeggiata nel verde. La casa e'in una via tranquilla e servita nelle vicinanze da tutti i servizi di prima necessita, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, ha due comodi letti, di cui uno posizionato nel bellissimo soppalco, un servizio igienico funzionale e una piccola zona cottura.
Il tunnel d'accesso alle scale comuni purtroppo non lascia presagire la bellezza dell'appartamento. Non arrendetevi al primo impatto.

L'appartement est bien MAIS un arrêté pour risque d'effondrement est placardé à l'entrée de l'immeuble et si des étais de soutien sont installés dans le hall, aucun arrêté ou avis d'expert n'est affiché pour informer que le risque est contenu. L'immeuble semble dangereux et impropre à l'habitation.
Risque d'effondrement de l'immeuble par arrêté affiché sur l'immeuble...

É um estúdio no centro da cidade de Vernon, uma cidade pequena. O imóvel estava limpo, organizado e com todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos.
Ressalto como ponto mais positivo e significante a disponibilidade do proprietário em nos atender em uma situação de emergência quando perdemos a chave do apartamento.
O proprietário leu rapidamente a mensagem e providenciou rápido um chaveiro para abrir a porta e fazer nova chave.
Isto diferencia esta propriedade pela forma responsável do proprietário de estar atento as mensagens e buscar solução diante de um problema.

I would have liked the key info before my holiday. The day before is actually a worry in case something goes wrong eg no mobile coverage, lost phone, cancellation on part of owner.
