The flat was decently big. We were 2 adult and 1 child (10 years). The rooms were decent size and so was the hall. Both rooms had attached bathrooms. There was ample car parking in the building basement.
The location is very far off from the city. It is in the interior of Dumas Road so unless you have your own vehicle, you are handicapped. The building , while looking big from outside, has a very weird structure. There are no windows in any of the flats and they are all facing each other rather than outside. There is, hence, zero ventilation or sunlight. The aparment i booked had 3 acs, and none of them worked. I had to call the host who arranged for someone to come and check. While it worked for a few hours, again it was not cooling at the night. Since we were only staying for 1 night, we didnt bother much.
There was no option available to heat food and neither was there any water filter. The bathrooms were worn out and not clean. Even the building walls had paint coming off in many places. The swimming pool didnt look clean so we didnt use it.
There was a games floor on the basement. But it was very dark and dingy. There was no fan anywhere and neither was there any AC. Hence it felt super claustrophobic. And as expected, there was no one in that room.
This apartment, in my understanding, is more for a small group of people who want to party for the weekend and need a place to crash. I dont really recommend this place for someone who is visiting the city(as it is very far from main surat city) as a tourist. I also would request host to have the AC units checked in the apartment and also have Ceiling Fans for better air circulation.
The apartment did not have a proper TV. It was more of a PC Monitor turned into a TV.
