Location is great. Close to 2 tubes, quiet street, close to groceries and pubs. Felt very safe.
Beds were comfortable and decor was nice. Good for 4 people. Cozy.
The deadbolt lock on the apartment door was broken, and door jam was pulled off where the lock chain was.. looking like someone had forced the door open.
The coffee maker is a Nespresso Vertuo machine which pods are only available at Nespresso stores and online. The pods supplied were for wrong machine. This should be clear up front or an alternate coffee press provided.
We were unable to source pods locally for our stay.
Apartment cleaning was not good… crumbs on the living room floor, dishes on the side of the sink (clean?), tub dirty, hairpins and a few other pieces around the floor. Kitchen wiped but messy drawers and smears. Just didn’t give comfort around cleanliness for a rental.
On 3rd night the wifi stopped working in the middle of a movie! Took 2 days for resolution even tho it was a very simple fix.
Heat was turned off at the boiler but we didn’t know, so heat wouldn’t work Took 2 days of following up with property manager to resolve.
All items were brought to property manager attention immediately but after many follow-ups and messages, only the boiler on/off got resolved. We cleaned the floors and kitchen ourselves. Door lock and jam never fixed, just told it was safe building. Wifi we were sent messages on last day as we were checking out (2days later) that gave us instructions and owners visa number to renew wifi subscription ourselves. Too late!
