Great room
Check in time took more than 2.5 hours
Why they have no coffee making facilities in the room for such a hotel is beyond me. They want to charge for everything yet the room price is premium. Even Budget hotels offer coffee making facilities.

Location is perfect and the staff were absolutely incredible. First time staying here as we usually stay at The Bellagio however will continue to stay at The Cosmo as our experience exceeded all expectations.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious room. Two full bathrooms whaaaa? Quirky and contemporary decor. Great view.
Chelsea Tower elevator rides and wait times are so long. If you are on a high floor, you can be on the elevator for several minutes as you pick up and drop off the other 30-something floors.
I was checked out at like 8a, before I could use all of my resort credit. Spent 45 minutes the morning of departure trying to iron that out and use what was mine!

Casino, restaurants
Housekeeping was horrible. Complained to front deck and housekeeping after night 1 that shower and bathroom wasn’t being cleaned, same rags left in shower, left them again second day to see if the sound clean and still didn’t. Management was suppose to contact me but never heard from them
