We had a wonderful stay at Kusum Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable and cozy, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful.food was so delicious and service was so unexpected.The location was convenient for exploring Kathmandu, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality. As travelers from Australia, we felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Great value for money and a lovely place to stay in Kathmandu. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend Kusum Hotel to anyone visiting Nepal .see you on my next trip see you soon....

Immaculately clean, super comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was just spot-on — I wish I could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Hotel Kusum for just one night during my trip, and I honestly wish I had stayed longer. As someone visiting from the U.S., I was truly impressed by the level of service and hospitality. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. Everything—from the check-in process to the room service—was seamless and pleasant.
The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere—it was the perfect place to relax after a long day.
What stood out most was the attention to detail and how well-maintained the entire property was. Whether you're traveling for business or vacation, Hotel Kusum is an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended!
