We really liked it here. It’s well designed and laid out for a small space and the presentation is very good with toiletries provided, teas, coffee and even biscuits. The views and location are unbeatable. You can see the fortress across the river whilst seated at the table in front of the window and even when lying in bed. There’s restaurants and sightseeing right outside the front door and the old town shops are a short walk away. The apartment was very clean, the bed and bedding were good and the shower and towels were good. The cookware, crockery and cutlery are all sufficient for self catering. Parking was a great bonus (note there is a fee) given the lack of street parking in the area. Communication with the host was straightforward and timely. Our stay was too short and we’d definitely stay here again. Recommended.
Arrival instructions to follow GPS did not work for us! Our GPS took us to the pedestrianised area where the walk-in entrance to the building is. The apartment car park however is at the back of the building off Kastorpfaffenstrasse and you then walk through a lane to the front of the building.
Note - The drip coffee machine shown in the photos has been replaced by a pod machine.

Wir waren rundum begeistert von der Unterkunft! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Rhein und direkt an der Seilbahn, mit der man bequem zur Festung Ehrenbreitstein gelangt.
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die super nette und herzliche Vermieterin. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Schönes Zimmer mit Sitzgelegenheit und kleiner Küche. Für zwei Personen ein paar Tage ausreichend groß. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Aussicht sehr schön, Lage geht nicht zentraler.
Im Sommer bei Aussentemperaturen über 30 Grad hält man es morgens kaum aus im Dachgeschoss. Es ist ein Ventilator vorhanden, der ist aber nicht ausreichend. Der in der Ausstattung angegebene Wäschetrockner war nicht vorhanden.

De ligging.
De warmte, het was vanuit de beschrijving en foto’s niet goed duidelijk dat de kamer op de hoogste verdieping van het appartementen complex was en alleen een dakkapel had. Hierdoor is het in de zomer met heet weer (het was 30-34 graden) te warm om te slapen en te verblijven. Voor voorjaar en najaar denk ik beter.
