Clean rooms with all the basic comforts for a lodging that is designed to meet travelers needs.
Convenient stay if you are visiting the western part of Belize. Good restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, pool to cool off after the excursions.
Management is super hospitable and they will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable!
Allen and Diane are a fantastic team - this is a family run business and they are keen to welcome you.
For those traveling to Belize, please don’t visit if you are expecting high end luxury- this is where you come for adventure and history.

Nice clean rooms and very hospital staff

The staff were amazing, all of them including the owner (who personally drove us into town and back one evening for dinner), the amazing women at the front desk, and the dining room staff and cleaning crew. Extraordinarily kind, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to help. We had some food allergies and they made several trips to the store to look for things they could prepare for us and the chef made delicious papusas for us even though they were not on the menu. The rooms were lovely and spacious and clean.
The hotel is not in town and there's not anything you can easily walk to - not a big problem but best to plan on getting rides into town, picked up for excursions, or just rent a car. We were picked up for excursions and got a couple of rides into town for dinner, easy to arrange with the hotel. There is no elevator, so if stairs are an issue ask about a lower floor.

Staff very friendly and helpful. I had some tours cancel and they helped arrange last minute adventure tours.
It was little further (not walking distance about 10 minute drive) from San Ignacio than I originally thought.
