Communication was very good, got all the instructions in a timely manner. Finding the house and getting in was very easy with the instructions. The location is great, 100m from the arena, easy access to most places. Verona is very walkable. The apartment is spacious and has all the necessary items. It is a bit old but was well kept and had everything I needed. I did not spend much time in the apartment but it had all the essentials. The view from the back balcony into the museum is fantastic, good to appreciate over breakfast on the outside tables. I walked from the train station and it is a 5 to 10mn easy walk, even if you have luggage. And worth the walk to be right in the center.
Price was a little bit high but in line with Verona average.

Die Lage ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, selbst für eine recht überschaubare Stadt wie Verona. Zu Fuß keine zwei Minuten bis zur Arena, die Altstadt mit ihren Shops und Restaurants liegt quasi um das Apartment herum. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, der Balkon - oder besser die Terrasse - groß und ruhig. Alles gepflegt, die Wohnung liegt in einem gepflegten und ruhigen Haus. Gleich gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt mit allem Notwendigen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, alles war sauber und niveauvoll. Reichlich Platz für vier Personen. Volle Empfehlung!
Jammern auf hohem Niveau: es waren winzige Kleinigkeiten, etwa das Fehlen eines Geschirrhandtuchs zum Beispiel (oder wir haben es einfach nicht gefunden), auch hätten wir die Badhandtücher zur Abreise schon in die Waschmaschine werfen können, hätte es Waschpulver gegeben. Wie gesagt, alles nebensächlich, und es hat dem tollen Allgemeineindruck nicht geschadet. Die Betten waren für meinen Geschmack leider nicht sonderlich bequem, das ist jedoch eine sehr individuelle Wahrnehmung, das beurteilen andere möglicherweise ganz anders.

Excellent location just off Piazza Bra. Supermarket over road. Spacious apartment with balcony and lovely views.
The air conditioning was poor and only in lounge and one bedroom - temperature in apartment never went below 24.5C. Top floor apartment with 74 steps up very difficult as older ladies to carry luggage up and down - we managed to get help. No mattress protectors. Settee has an old sheet thrown over it. Dingy and dated in need of upgrading. Dangerous step down in bathroom which my friend friend fell down and badly bruised arm. I hit my head on exposed pipes below boiler in other toilet/washroom. Free toiletries consisted of a sachet of shampoo each.
