Very nice and quiet flat.
I have seen some comments that you could hear the upstairs neighbours, but i must have heard them once in 10 days and it was not really loud, so absolutely no issue from my side. The wash machine and tumble dryer were a great help (take some washing product with you, i am not sure if there is some there).
It was a bit chilly in here because of the centralised air conditioning, but that is a North-American general problem to set the AC to a too low temperature, so most likely European guests would experience the same issue everywhere (It is possible to close the vents)

tastefully designed, very clean. decent size.
they forgot to provide the coffee. I sent message to the host after we arrived and no reply. The host totally ignored it. In stead we received a standard check out instructions in the morning. We had to drive outside to get coffee on Sunday morning!

I liked the overall look of the place. Very clean and a lot of amenities.
I was told we would have to whole house to ourselves and we did not. And we were not allowed to use the backyard which was listed in the booking.
