We really liked this place. Everything was great, from location to facility. Beds are comfortable, you can cook as well (but no need as there are plenty of restaurants). The owner helped us with useful information. We recommend this appartment.

The accommodation location is excellent.
It includes all the tenant’s needs, with a fully equipped kitchen and well-prepared rooms. Power sockets are available, and the TV has Netflix.

يوجد بها كل احتياجات المستأجر في المطبخ وحتى بالغرف وسوكت الكهرباء والتلفاز بنتفلكس
The apartment is spacious in terms of the bedrooms; however, the living room has no window.
The cleanliness of the apartment is moderate to good.
The most important part of any stay is the host. At first, the owner was cooperative and responsive. Unfortunately, we accidentally burned the kitchen table by placing a hot pot on it, as we were not aware that the table was not heat-resistant. There was no prior warning, and in our country we are used to tables being heat-resistant.
We acknowledged the mistake and apologized. However, the owner’s reaction was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He used an extremely rude and disrespectful tone. Had he spoken to us politely, we would have been fully willing to compensate for the damage. Instead, he went as far as threatening us with the police in an attempt to intimidate us.
Because of this incident and the owner’s behavior, which seriously affected the mood of our trip, I would never consider booking this place again.

نظافة الشقة متوسطة الى جيدة
والشيء الأهم من الاقامة هو مالك الشقة..
في البداية كان متعاون ومتجاوب صراحة..
بخطأ منا احرقنا طاولة المطبخ (وضعنا الوعاء الساخن عليها بسبب عدم علمنا أن هذه الطاولة هي ليست ضد الحرارة، لم يكن هناك تنبيه مسبق ونحن في بلادنا متعودون أن الطاولات تكون حرارية)
المهم حدث الخطأ وأعتذرنا ولكن استجابة المالك كانت غير اخلاقية على الاطلاق.. تلفظ بأسلوب وقح جدا جدا .. مع العلم انه لو تحدث معنا بشكل مهذب كنا مستعدون لتعويضه .. وصل به الأمر أنه هددنا بالشرطة بغرض التخويف والترهيب (على باله نحن أغبياء) ..
بسبب هذا الموقف وأخلاق هذا المالك الذي كرهني بالشعب الكازاخي وعكر صفو الرحلة ، لا أفكر اطلاقا في الحجز هنا أبدا
