ロケーション、朝食、清潔感

部屋のサイズ、バルコニーからの景色、2種の温泉…想像以上に良かった。寝具が本当に清潔で無臭で、部屋も清潔、温泉もかなり良かった。特に寝具の清潔さが嬉しいです。近くに何でもあるのも便利。外国人スタッフの方々の対応が良かったです。ありがとうございました。新宿から高速バス1本2時間ほどで到着します。金時山に行くのも便利、色々美術館も近く。また1人で利用したいです。
温泉エリアに時計がない。浴室エリアに鏡がない。
朝食について…少しでも和食が欲しい、バター＆ジャムが欲しい(マーガリン…ホテルにバターがないなんて初めてでびっくりしました)
コーヒー、紅茶が美味しくない(紅茶はすでに出来ていてサーバーに入っていた)カフェラテ等も無い、もちろんティーバッグもなし。
スタッフについて…皆さん親切でしたが日本人の方の言葉使いが残念だった。
温泉に行く長い廊下の湿った匂いがかなり気になる。
1番気になる点はアレルギー対応です。宿泊施設、飲食店等でこの様な対応は初めてで納得がいかず心の整理がつきません。かなり気に入ったホテルなので残念です。残念ながら娘と宿泊は出来なそうです。

Nice modern lavish building
To be able to enjoy properly maybe onsen and breakfast could’ve been more flexible, as for one night it all felt very rushed

清潔感があり お部屋の広さが あり ゆったりと過ごすことができた。 温泉後無料のマッサージチェアが大変気に入りました！
ウェルカムドリンクが フルーツジュース瓶 1本 というところがなんとなく寂しい気がした。
