A perfect family weekend stay...an amazing little cottage in a perfect location.

This was a perfect little cottage to meet our needs whilst we attended a family wedding over the weekend. The facilities were very clean and well laid out and the decor very appealing.

The steps from the main bedroom were scary, particularly during the night. Also, we would have preferred china crockery (ie. not plastic).

It was a convenient place to stay.

Convenient area

It was somewhat shabby. The curtains were so thin the light came through them. They got some people to put blinds up so we wouldn’t be woken at dawn. The main room was up 4 steps with no hand rail. The washing machine was also the dryer. Took 4 hours to complete. No proper cupboards and metal coat hangers. They brought us some plastic ones. There were ants everywhere and large cockroaches that went down the drain when you switched the light on. It was a dissapointment.

Unfortunately much of the crockery was dirty in the cupboards & there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for 6 people. Strangely for a 6 person rental there were only 5 dining chairs
