It’s great located near everything, they give you surprises each day with typical sweets of Lisbon, we love that. The room is comfortable and spacious and has all de facilities

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and super convenient.
Everything started off fine on Day 1, but Day 2 was a completely different story. A staff member named Daniel showed an appalling attitude. When we asked for a water refill, he was completely impatient, mumbled something hostile under his breath in another language, and slammed the door on his way out.
That night, after being out all day, we came back to find no clean towels or tissue paper. When we called for housekeeping, they only brought half of what we needed. We were then told they were short-staffed, so we had to go down to the lobby ourselves. When we got to the desk, they said they didn't have the supplies on hand and asked us to wait for another shift. They promised to deliver everything to our room later that evening, but nobody ever came, and we ended up going to sleep with nothing resolved.
By Night 3, it was clear things were getting progressively worse. The room was barely cleaned—there was hair all over the floor, and once again, towels were missing.
It's a shame because the rest of the staff (everyone except Daniel) were actually wonderful, but the terrible service management completely ruined our stay.
