The property is one of the best residential-style bookings I’ve ever made on Booking dot com. Clean, quiet location, very close to city centre. Easy check-in and good communication. I’ll definitely consider coming here again. Only disappointment was not having another night to stay in the apartment.

Location, terrace, living room, kitchen, view from bedroom, bathroom lovely and clean. Everything really convenient and well thought out. Peaceful too, no noise from either outside or neighbours.
There is a slightly bad smell in the staircase/entrance hall but the actual property was fine, no bad smells. The shower is a little slow.

Ease of communication and getting instructions
Clean, tidy, modern
Nice to have outside space (albeit view of car dealership is not brilliant)
Good lay out in general
Near to canal and Temple Meads
Door on bathroom needs oiling/WD40
Bedroom would be small for 2 especially in winter, where bed is up against radiator
Not the fault of property but with building/roadworks there is a 1 way route in place, which adds to taxi costs
