The main door to the apartments was very noisy when other people were coming and going at all hours

Very well presented property located in an ideal area of the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and felt right at home. The team were superb. The check-in instructions were extremely well detailed which avoided any kind of confusion. The response times were fantastic whenever we had a question. I will certainly be choosing BCE properties when visiting Bristol again.
An espresso machine would have made the stay an 11 out of 10 but there’s great local coffee shops which were recommmended in their welcome booklet. It’s not really a comment of dislike but could go a long way for visitors.

Very near train station and easy to find. Area not super classy but fine. Very clean and comfortable appartment with everything we needed. Key code to get in was easy to use. Host replied to emails and questions quickly and friendly-ly. Would definitely recommend this one. Lovely lounge area and open kitchen. The outside terrace would have been lovely but sadly the weather wasn't on our side.
Not much really. It would be nice to have a bit more storage - a few more coat hooks, maybe labels on the rooms as it's so neutral it took me a day to orientate myself! Maybe a couple more pictures too. It would be good to have salt and pepper there. More dining chairs than we need so they slightly cluttered it up
