Truly pleasant and comfortable stay. Easily our favorite city (Bristol) and 4- night lodging during our 2 week trip to England. Spacious, beautiful, convenient, modern, bright, clean, well-ventilated. We just absolutely felt at home here. Loved the sky lights in every room. So much fresh air, so much natural light. Kids toys. We cooked everything morning. Nice, modern kitchen. We felt very safe. Two full bathrooms upstairs, plus a half bath downstairs. One of the bathrooms upstairs had a huge bathtub.
Hard to find anything wrong. If anything, we would have liked if there were basic cleaning supplies available (paper towels, laundry detergent).

Very comfortable and modern Perfect location.
Perhaps there could have been a blind on kitchen window for early morning and lights on in evening. It felt a bit exposed.

Lovely place to stay, even better than in the photos! It was very clean. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and seating area. We didn't eat in so I'm not sure what the cooking facilities were like but there was plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. Nice quiet area. Excellent location for places to eat and local attractions. Short taxi ride from the train station. Would definitely recommend.
It would have been great if there had been some milk on arrival as we had just had a long journey. Also a tea towel in the kitchen would have been useful.
