Clean, modern apartments
Great location, nearby to several tourist spots and transport and shopping links
Great cooking facilities
Very thorough introduction from the staff member who greets you, with a professional and friendly tone
They provided me with the ability to check in early, which was very appreciated after a long journey up
- In the introduction email, possibly state the staff member and phone number that will contact you on your day of arrival. On my arrival date, I didn’t receive an introductory SMS, so had to use the chat function on their website to figure out where I was to go and who I needed to meet to get the keys for the apartment
- It was mentioned in the listing and reflected in the discounted rate, but the building works outside were quite loud. I had NC headphones, so no biggy, but I can imagine it would be a bit annoying for families etc.
- On that note, due to the works going on outside, opening the balcony windows is impractical, so the apartment was quite hot during my stay. A fan was offered, but this is loud- I could get by, but just to flag it

Great location, apartment equipped with everything you would need and clean
No hot water, needed to report which was attended to straight away and we had hot water that evening but back to no hot water the next day. It was so warm, no air flow even with the 2 fans provided

The host company showed me around the apartment and parking area. Alex was very diligent and I was very happy with this. Apartment was better than I expected and very large and space was important. Building was discounted due to scaffolding, which was expected and not a problem at all. I would stay again!
It was a bit dusty due to building work and had to pay extra for the parking space belonging to apartment but this was not a problem for my stay and worth it due to location.
