Central location, walking distance to most things and also very close to a metro station. Host was friendly and was there to meet us even though we got in late.
Smaller than it looks in the pictures, it’s on the 5th floor and is an old building so doesn’t have a lift. The plumbing is a bit questionable - small pump in the bathroom which is noisy when showering and does smell a bit.

El sitio era cómodo, tranquilo y límpio, además está muy bien ubicado pero a pesar de estar en plena gran vía era silencioso. El apartamento está en un edificio antiguo, los techos son altisimos pero está completamente reformado. Muy a gusto.
Por ponerle un par de pegas, está en una quinta planta sin ascensor. El baño hace muchísimo ruido el desagüe.

The location is good, it is very central and surprisingly quiet. The host was helpful and proactive in arranging meeting to get the keys for the property. Its nice having the little extra space.
The property was dirty, there was layers of dust on surfaces such as kitchen, bedside table etc. There was visible clumps of hair in the shower, their was visible urine all over the toilet. It clearly had not been cleaned, certainly not professionally. This would be a simple step to improve the property. Thankfully the towels and bedding were clean. Much of the equipment such as the bed was very flimsy. It wouldn't take much investment to make this a lovely apartment. Additionally, there is no where to leave luggage before or after your stay but there are storage lockers in the city.
