had problems due to wifi problems, quite frustrating and people form the 1800 number didnt respond in a reasonable time.
Road noise due to proprty location, but otherwise the property is good.

The apartment was nice
The bed has a big dip in the mattress I was on my own so I just slept on the other side but if 2 people were sleeping in the bed someone would have the dip.

It was in a great location and was lovely and clean
The air conditioning did not go below 25degrees and the apartment was hot and very humid. I found it very hard to sleep. Despite calling them first thing in the morning and being told I would have someone call me ASAP I did not receive a single phone call the entire time and only received an email hours later after I’d left for the day. There was no attempt to call me or fix the air conditioning or offer any solution at all. I didn’t even receive an apology until after I checked out and said I would leave negative feedback. The lack of direct communication when a problem arises is definitely poor customer service and I would not recommend staying there on this alone.
