Size of the property and the room sizes were good. good layout and ideal for two families although there is only parking for one car over all the property is comfortable.
Some areas of the property required repair decoration, including the outside front areas, interior walls, blinds and curtains . Some carpets required cleaning in the property, on entry the property smelt fusty and damp. Two of the toilets require some maintenance or repair due to the cisterns being faulty and the dishwasher was broken on arrival. The photos on the advertisement seem to have been taken a long time ago and whilst the property was clean, it is tired and ready for redecoration some repair.

Neat, clean and tidy. Spacious bedrooms.
There were two big vans either side of the drive making it difficult to see traffic either side. We almost had an accident because of it.
