Sungate is in a great location, not far from the hustle and bustle of Ganges. The suites a beautifully decorated with high quality finishes throughout. It’s clear the owners put a lot of care and attention into their design. The kitchenette is fully outfitted with a delicious fresh roasted coffee, endless snacks and homemade granola to boot. Also there are chickens to feed - and who doesn’t love that?
There was a tiny hiccup with the cleanliness on arrival (some unswept up crumbs) but the owners handled it with peak professionalism. Again, it’s very clear the owners want to deliver a high level experience and they did.

Perfect for relaxing and recharging . The unit was stocked with everything we needed and the hosts are lovely. We used the cedar hot tub first thing in the morning and in the evening after our day’s activities.

Located in the midst of a forest. The guys who host it are very friendly. The clothing optional Japanese style hot tub is accessible 24 hours and is situated in a clearing surrounded by tall trees. At night it was particularly beautiful and relaxing.
Only two rental units so very private and quiet. As a gay couple we were warmly welcomed.
The only suggestion I had was it would be nice to have a full length mirror.

Breakfast consisted of one package of bundled goods: excellent granola and a good supply of milk. The coffee makings were efficient.
Despite a request for replenishment of supplies and a three hour vacant period to do so, no service was given. Dirty cups, dishes and cutlery piled up in an area short of space. No replenishment, particularly of milk was done.
