We have stayed here a couple of times already. Lovely apartment, spacious and comfortable. You can see that we owner put lots of effort into making the house feel welcoming. The main reason we picked this house was the private parking and the walkable distance to Ortigia, this allowes you to explore different seasides with the car during the day and then leave the car a home and just walk 10-15 mins to get to Ortigia in the evening for a meal and a drink.
On the upper end of the prices in the area but having the car park makes up for it.

Przestronny i klimatyczny apartament. Bardzo wygodne ลรณลผko w sypialni oraz rozkลadana sofa. Pralka na wyposaลผeniu. W kuchni wszystko niezbฤdne do przygotowania ลniadania czy prostego obiadu/ kolacji. Dostฤpny parasol plaลผowy. Atutem jest miejsce parkingowe na wewnฤtrznym podwรณrku. Blisko na Ortogฤ. Blisko do sklepu i dwรณch piekarni. Jesteลmy zachwyceni klimatem miejsca.
Wszystko siฤ podobaลo.

Appartement trรจs bien implantรฉ, proche notamment du rรฉputรฉ quartier d'Ortigia.
Belle rรฉsidence, place de parking sรฉcurisรฉe.
Appartement chic.
Trรจs belle chambre, lit confortable, au calme.
Belle salle de bain, bien que les glissiรจres du pare-douche devront รชtre remplacรฉes.
Pas de lave-vaisselle, mais un lave linge...
Canapรฉ-lit trรจs trรจs inconfortable.
Aprรจs une nuit blanche ร avoir mal au dos et ร me tourner dans tous les sens, je me suis rรฉsignรฉ ร dormir directement sur le sol du couloir durant 5 nuits !
Ce canapรฉ-lit d'une autre รฉpoque. En guise de sommier, il est constituรฉ d'une toile tendue par de minuscules ressorts.
Et le matelas est en fait une mousse trรจs peu dense d'une รฉpaisseur de 5cm.
Cuisine un peu petite. Pour 4 personnes, nรฉcessitรฉ de tout rรฉorganiser pour mettre le table dans le sรฉjour.
Dans le descriptif, un four micro-onde est proposรฉ. Or il n'y en a pas. Et ร la place prรฉsence d'un mini four-grill juste bon pour la taille des toasts.
Les couteaux ร disposition ne coupent pas...
Ils ne sont pas en adรฉquation avec le coรปt global de la location.
Pas de lave-vaisselle ; mais c'รฉtait prรฉcisรฉ dans le descriptif...
Belle salle de bain, bien que les glissiรจres du pare-douche devront รชtre remplacรฉes.
Porte d'entrรฉe en verre opaque et sans rideau, fenรชtre ร l'entrรฉe รฉgalement. De ce fait la lumiรจre du jour vous rรฉveille un peu trop de bonne heure, surtout en vacances.
Le petit coin extรฉrieur est ร la vue directe du voisinage et les moustiques vous dissuaderont d'en profiter...
