The location was excellent. It was near to the beach and to the main tourist area in town. Also, the hosts let us stay an extra hour after checkout time which was appreciated. The house is large and both bedrooms are ensuite.
The upstairs neighbors were occasionally loud late at night. There are a few maintenance issues that I imagine will be taken care of soon--some of the fixtures in the bathroom need to be tightened (the sink handle and toilet paper holder).

This is so convenient to the beach—less than half a block to the nearest boardwalk. Despite its proximity, the street is pretty quiet—the neighbor kids were having a blast playing soccer and race cars in the street.
The property was so much nicer than a typical “beach house.” The furniture was fresh and clean. The kitchen was fully—I mean fully—appointed. If you like to cook, the appliances were first rate kitchen aide. Two ovens, microwave, gas range, large fridge, on and on. It is hard to imagine that you would need a utensil here and not find it. There is even a “beach cocktails” recipe book on the counter for your use.
We only used one of the bedrooms but both looked beautiful. The master was very comfortable. Its adjoining bath has two sinks and an electric temperature-set shower. Everything was perfect for us.
