We recently stayed at this hotel with our family, and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in Istanbul. The facilities were excellent. Everything was clean and well-maintained, the hot water was always available, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect, right on Istiklal Street, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and all the major attractions. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options every morning. As a lovely bonus, the hotel offered us complimentary coffee at their café across the street, and hotel guests also received a 15% discount there, which was a very thoughtful touch. The reception staff and housekeeping team were exceptionally polite, professional, and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Although this is a very touristy area with countless hotels to choose from, this hotel truly stands out because of its genuine hospitality and outstanding service. They exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay, and without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again whenever we visit Istanbul. Highly recommended!

The taxi driver behaviour but thanks to the reception and their help Taxi driver lost the change to bargain us

The location was very good, close to the heart of Istanbul and within easy reach of many places. For the price, I think the value was fair, and the room itself was a decent size and did not feel too small.

Unfortunately, there were several cleanliness and maintenance issues. There was no hot water, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and even the kettle and two cups provided in the room were visibly dirty. The room was also very noisy because the windows were not soundproof, there was no proper mirror apart from the small one above the sink, and the elevator doors sometimes had to be pushed open by hand, which did not feel safe or well maintained.
