The hotel is relatively new and clean and is in a good location if you are looking to be close to Taksim square. We enjoyed using the gym and the pool, however there were only four loungers so we were unable to sit there.
There are a few improvements that could be made. The breakfast was very basic and didn’t seem to be very fresh. We had minor imperfections in the room despite being upgraded, such as the bathroom door not fitting so it could not close, no shower gel which was not replenished throughout our stay and the toilet flusher falling off. We also did not find we received much information on check in and had to have the room inspected before leaving on check out, which was a little strange. We were also encouraged to get a taxi through the hotel for our return to the airport but this was much more expensive than uber.
