LOVE EVERYTHING about this place. New modern comfy apartment that has everything and situated at super centralised location. Super quiet despite being at main street, has many cute cafes, eateries and wine bars nearby. The corridor into the apartment was well designed and decorated, i felt so cozy everytime i came back (it smells like 5 stars hotel too)
The bed was too soft, almost like sinking. We went at a bad timing as the whole rustaveli street was under massive construction (but not noisy at all)

Location was great, the three apartments were very clean and nice. Most importantly, the air conditioning worked well during the hot summer days we stayed.
The only thing that we probably could've used was note on how to use the washing machine and dryer. Everything was in Russian so we were unsure how to properly operate these machines. We only stayed a few nights so it wasn't a big issue though.
