A very beautiful apartments—brand new and exactly as shown in the photos. The mattress is nice and firm. It’s very comfortable having different areas: a bedroom, a spacious closet, and a lounge area. There are nice cafes nearby for breakfast and a restaurant for dinner.
I’m grateful to Roman for his help whenever I needed it. We stayed at the end of October; Roman made sure to turn on the heat, and we felt very comfortable.
There's nothing we didn't like. But keep in mind that Rustaveli Avenue is currently under construction, which might make it a bit harder to get to the apartments. Because of this, our water was shut off for one day, but since we were out sightseeing, it didn't spoil our overall experience.

The place is amazing. It was unfortunate that the road in front of the building is dug up so the taxis can’t reach there and you need to walk with your luggage but the place itself is amazing and the host Roman is very helpful and friendly. 10/10 to Roman and the stay is luxurious! Massive rooms, very well lit and great kitchen as well. Walking distance to all nice restaurants and parks

地段很好，就在自由广场附近，房东人也超棒，让我们提前入住，房间设施齐全干净，卫生打扫的也很干净
住了三天，连续两天晚上停水，体验很不好，是因为门口主干道在修路导致

Extremely stylish apartment, everything you need for a stay in Tbilisi is made available
Unfortunately there are roadworks outside that could make access difficult for anyone with mobility issues, however the apartment is extremely well sound proofed and we didn’t hear any noise during our stay
