This was a last-minute rental after our original accommodations fell through, and it turned out to be a blessing!The location was perfect—right on the beach with beautiful views and stunning sunrises. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels and beach toys. The pools and hot tubs were a huge hit with our boys, and we appreciated the security staff who ensured the amenities were reserved for guests.What truly stood out was the office team. When we arrived around 3 a.m., we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. Unfortunately, water had been sitting there and had developed an unpleasant odor. First thing the next morning, I visited the office, and they immediately took action.Despite it being a holiday weekend, they cleaned up the water, addressed the odor, left a bottle of Febreze, and had a plumber there by lunchtime. The leak was fixed, and the sink and dishwasher were working again. They even called when they couldn’t reach us by email to make sure we were comfortable with the plumber entering while we were away.Their responsiveness, communication, and genuine concern turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Situations like this can completely change the tone of a vacation. Instead of remembering “ smelly leak condo” we’ll always remember this as our amazing oceanfront beach trip. The way the staff handled the situation made all the difference.Thank you

Location Beach View wonderful All the furniture was great and the decor was just fun and cheerful. Definitely a great family couch and great tv! The beds slept well soft and not too bad being it was not my own bed at home. Kitchen had everything you have at home plus a airfrier. We arrived late and all arranged to get our keys and bands for pool was smooth. The only issue was resolved when the next day. Because it had been vacant for quite a while the deck furniture was dirtttttyyy and they came to clean so all was good. I also find the air handler above the dryer needs more of a regular clean as all the air is pulled thru that area. It was cleaned soon my request. So management was accommodating.

Very nice place to stay. Beachside. Close to good food and activities. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The master bedroom mattress was pretty hard. The building needs another set of elevators (only 2 elevators for the whole building.) but other than those couple little things it was a very nice facility.
