Sandy Views in Galveston sits directly on the beach at the highly-popular Seascape Resort. Seascape is one of the few complexes in Galveston that you do not have to cross the busy Seawall to enjoy the beach. Just step right on to the sand from the resort.
This brightly-decorated 2 bedroom condo has open-concept living space with a fun beachy vibe. Two private balconies will allow you to enjoy this amazing view of the beach. Sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for guests. A full kitchen features new appliances including coffee maker and Keurig. Dining table with plenty of space for enjoying your meals. The spacious main bedroom features water view from your bed as well as a private entrance to the balcony. Tv's in both bedrooms. Two full bathrooms. Need to do some work while you are here? Don’t worry, wifi is provided.
Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use.
Seascape features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors of the complex.
Just minutes to Galveston attractions, including Pleasure Pier, Schlitterbahn, and Moody Gardens.
THINGS TO KNOW
* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.
* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.
* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.
* This unit is located on the second floor. The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 1, and they will not be available for use Oct 13 - Dec 12.
* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.
* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.
* There is a shared laundry room onsite with coin-operated washer/dryer.

Great property. Was exactly as expected, had everything we needed. Only thing I would add is some degreaser and cleaner lol. We like to cook a lot and makes cleaning up easier. Other than that minor non-issue it was awesome. Communication and directions were clear and consise.

The condo was beautiful and clean. There were two coffee cups that probably went through the dishwasher but were not clean. Everything else was immaculate and wonderful.

Love our stay! Only things we’d like to bring to attention are the wobbly and noisy ceiling fan in the living room. It happens over time so not a complaint. Also, the door lock got jammed a few times. Overall wonderful condo and we’d love to come back!
