The condo is as described. It was very clean and fresh and a short walk to the beach. Very nice pool and hot tubs on the property. Beautiful view of the sunrise each morning. Would definitely stay here again. Located close to a lot of restaurants. We stayed at this same location last year in another one of Jessica's properties, however, it was booked for the dates we needed this year. She is great to work with and was very flexible when we had to make a schedule change.

The property is spotlessly clean. There are nice touches like many towels, cute kitchen, appliances that all function, and clear instructions from the owner. It is right at the end of the seawall, so it doesn't take long to get into town. The pool is heated, and there are two spas--one for adults only. It is clear that the owner knows how to please guests.

This is a quaint corner unit with 2 balcony views. The home had nice furniture and the bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable as well. I will definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Jessica was prompt in responding and that was an added plus

The property was great, they did a really good job keeping the pool clean. The condo was a little small but comfortable and updated. The king mattress was not comfortable, needs to be replaced, and while both balconies had great views of the gulf, only 1 had chairs on it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Overall this place was a wonderful place to stay. The view is incredible and the location really can’t be beat. We really enjoyed the roominess and layout of the condo, especially it have to two showers. The kitchen was stocked well and it even had a crockpot which was very helpful. Our Con would be the cleanliness. There were no bugs and it was clean enough to feel comfortable sleeping, however the whole place could use a deep sanitation. The floors were icky, especially around the trim and between the stove and counters had lots of filth. Also didn’t appear that the top bedding was washed but maybe that’s a common thing? We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Just would be nice if it had a good cleaning!

The property has been updated. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Furniture was dusty, kitchen counters were dirty, refrigerator smelled of fish, dishes in Cabinet were dirty, there were crumbs in silverware tray, baseboards were dirty and floors were not vacuumed. Property owner only supplied one trash bag. They need to disclose this so renters know to bring extra.

The owner of this property cares a lot about guest satisfaction. You can see it in all the details at this property. Everything is neat and clean and attractive. She was excellent to communicate with. He was very patient about asking questions that are already answered in some of the literature available in the apartment.

This property has a great location - right on the beach! We loved the balconies and the view, as well as the access to beach chairs, etc. The unit was overall a bit smaller than we had anticipated and was a bit tight for 5 adults/young adults. You can really only fit about 2 people on each balcony which made our morning coffee together to watch the sunrise a bit difficult. We love to cook some of our own meals, but the kitchen was smaller than other places we have stayed, making cooking a bit tight. The kitchen is overall well equipped, but the stove took a long time to heat (over 30 minutes to boil a pot for pasta) and really only has space for two smaller pans or one large pan. The beds are comfortable and all was clean when we arrived. Overall a great vacation spot, quiet beach, nice pool, and good views.

My husband and I enjoyed the views of the beach from both the balcony off the living room and the one outside the master bedroom. This nicely decorated condo was comfortable and quiet (no street noise). We definitely plan to be back, probably with our children and grandchildren. Great place for one or two couples or a family of 4 -6. Nice amenities for adults and children.

Staying here was so great! The pool is heated and there are plenty of things to do. The condo is a little farther away from the main city which we loved and we LOVED being right on the beach. Charming little condo, has anything you might need. We made several meal there and it all worked out great!

Shared the property with another family while in town for a cheer competition. The facilities were safe and clean. The easy beach access and heated pool area were a ton of fun for the kids. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Galveston at Seascape. Jessica was responsive, kind, and attentive. I have a family of five with 3 little girls under the ages of 8 and this condo was the perfect space. We felt safe and the entire property is very well cared for. We drove around the city and I really feel this is the best option to be on the water. The pool is heated and the hot tubs are wonderful. The kiddy pool was a bonus since we have a two-year old. The condo is clean and well equipped for your stay. I loved our view and never felt like a missed a sunrise. We would definitely go back and I 100% recommend this condo and Jessica.
