The first level beckons with a sprawling great room, seamlessly blending the living, dining, and kitchen areas into a harmonious open-concept space. Bathed in natural light, this expansive area invites relaxation and entertainment, while a convenient half bath on the west side ensures practicality without compromising elegance.
Indulge in the epitome of tranquility as you step onto the large porch, extending from the north end of the great room, offering sweeping vistas of the glistening Sound and direct access to the waterfront, where leisurely moments await. This is a stunning home. It was perfect for our family gathering. I’ve stayed at many short-term rentals and have never had to pick up and return keys to a different location. It was a simple process and the office was close but still just one more step. The staff was very kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out times of 5pm and 10am are sucky considering what you pay per night and typical check-in/check-out times. The primary suite is very nice. The bed is not particularly comfortable or sound. You move a toenail and the entire bed squeaks. The curtains are not blackout curtains so plan on getting little sleep. Overall a very lovely home.

The house was great and wished we had more sunny days as we enjoyed the water "toys" and the location was great. Having 6 rooms with attached bathroom made us choose the house. Worked out great. Hopefully we can come back soon.

The house is absolutely stunning, the views are incredible. It is so close to everything on the island. The kitchen was absolutely amazing, 3 refrigerators! It was a spectacular family trip! Don’t hesitate in booking this property it is wonderful!
