Sleeping up to 12 guests across six bedrooms and five bathrooms, this spacious home is an excellent choice for families and groups looking for plenty of room to relax together while staying close to Walt Disney World.

One of the home's most desirable features is its peaceful waterfront setting. With no homes directly behind the property, the screened pool and lanai overlook a beautiful lake, creating a more private and relaxing atmosphere than homes that back directly onto neighboring properties.

Start the morning with coffee beside the water, spend sunny Florida afternoons swimming in your private pool, or relax outside as the day winds down over the lake. The spacious screened lanai with outdoor patio furniture gives everyone a comfortable place to enjoy the view and spend time together.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind beside the pool. The spa is not a hot tub and is heated to the same temperature as the pool only when pool heat is added.

For younger guests, the Orlando adventure continues in the Mickey and Toy Story-themed bedrooms. Both themed bedrooms feature two twin beds, creating fun sleeping spaces for children, siblings, cousins, or friends traveling together.

The bedroom layout also includes two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for adults and couples. One king bedroom is conveniently located downstairs.

Upstairs, the loft provides an additional gathering space beyond the main living room. Flat-screen TVs are available in the living room, loft, and every bedroom, giving everyone entertainment options when it's time to relax.

Guests have access to two impressive resort amenity complexes at ChampionsGate—the Oasis Club and The Retreat. The Oasis Club features a tropical resort-style pool, lazy river, children's water playground and splash pad, quiet pool and spa, private cabanas, poolside tiki bar, Grille Room and bar, fitness center, game room, movie theater, business center, and planned activities.

The Retreat offers a second resort-style pool with a waterslide and cabanas, lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, game room, playground, volleyball courts, six clay tennis courts, and a tennis clubhouse.
