The space
Our place is great for couples, mobility needs, business travelers, traveling nurses or those families that just want to enjoy the outdoors. There are no steps so it's great for those in need of handicapped spaces with secured grab bars and a bench in the bathroom and shower.
This home is divided into 2 separate spaces. No shared space (except for long term stays, then washer/dryer will be shared with host, a schedule will be put in place) as the host lives upstairs.
Potential for hearing/being heard by guest or host. If you are looking for complete privacy this home may not meet your needs.
Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 7:00am

Other things to note:
Use 1st driveway on West end of house, that leads you to the double white doors. There is a door that leads upstairs to the host area and will be locked at all times. 55" TV & internet. The Kitchen has appliances such as a single tabletop induction cooktop, smokeless grill, waffle maker, toaster, coffee maker and several other appliances. Also comes with dish set for 4. Pots and pans, silverware.

Kitchen doesn’t have stove, just a hot plate of some kind to cook on. We didnt need to cook but would have been nice to have that option. They need a new coffee pot. Coffee after making was just a bit more than warm. Bed was very comfortable. Slept well.

We enjoyed our stay. It is advertised as a 1 bedroom. It is a studio. The bed is in the living room. The area was quiet. Close to town and college. The hosts were very responsive. The studio was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There is no stove. They have an induction burner. Easy to cook on. But you are limited to cooking one thing at a time. Just have to be creative. All in all, I would stay again.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed. Very nice hosts who were quick to reply to any messages/requests. We will definitely stay here again.
