Additionally, there is a separate bedroom with a bunk bed (two 200 cm x 90 cm sleeping surfaces), TV, and wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, mini oven with grill and convection, and a dining area for four. The modern bathroom boasts a spacious rain shower with easy access.
Guests also have access to a communal laundry room and a swimming pool specifically for the use of Berolina guests. A dedicated covered parking space is provided for convenience. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
